Just finished level 1 of the 6 Week Six-Pack. I thought I’d tried it before, but apparently not. Pretty good routine - got my heart rate up a lot. All the plank work in a row really ends up hurting my wrists though. I really, really suck at side planks.

Got much more sleep last night, but I think I’m still hungover from the last couple days of not nearly enough sleep. At least today I have my balance back - yesterday was ridiculous.
I ended up only doing the Tara Stiles series I posted in the morning yesterday plus about a 2 mile round trip walk to get milk. I thought about doing something else, but honestly I was completely off balance...
