Okay. Might puke. Whew.
Did the Bodyrock Fierce Workout (wow, an unembarassing workout name - unless you’re a guy, maybe.). I managed to forget to set my time for the first set of jump squats but I was playing music this time so I know I was about 3 minutes in (which seems long but whatever). My timer said 13:43 when I stopped it so I’m putting it at 16:43, which isn’t bad at all. No matter how out of breath I was and hot my face currently is.

I don’t think that’s what it refers to but I just imagine I’m creeping along in Mortal Kombat gear sooo…
Need to do my traditional yoga cooldown because it appears to allow me to be able to walk down stairs after working out, but trying to (literally) cool down a bit more.
In San Francisco again for work. I need to stop slacking off with the workouts. I was all, “Oh I’m really hungry so I should not work out and instead want to eat all the things.” Because that makes sense.
Truthfully I’ve been really busy, but this is my first workout since last Tuesday? That’s dumb.
Okay, Tarastilestime then rinse, then I guess bed or something.
