Not dead… just lazy. Apparently. 

More like burning time.

Anyway, I took Lindsey’s lead and did the Bodyrock 550 Rep Fat Massacre. I managed to stop my timer, so through the magic of listening-to-music-while-working-out, I’m estimating my time at just over 33 minutes (considering Z’s original score was just under 33, that’s not bad in my book) with plenty of stopping to catch my breath and figuring out how the move went again time outs counted in the time.

I discovered… 

1) if you do pushups with a wide-leg stance like Z usually does them they are way easier.

2) I have horrible, horrible, zero upper body strength. I knew that but fuck, man. I had to modify the side plank lifts by having my second hand on the ground in front of me because if I didn’t, my form was so bad that I felt like I might hurt myself.

I need to do some yoga so I’m not horribly sore tomorrow but I should also get back in the workout groove. I really have been maximizing the amount of time I waste in a day and it just makes me feel like shit.

**Edit** Did Loosen up the Hips with Tara Stiles as my cooldown. Fantastic as always.
