Just completed the Bodyrock Turbo Fat Blaster Workout, again following Lindsey’s lead. My time was about 18:12. 30 Get Ups and High Knees is rough. Also the tricep dips, but I am currently in shock at how poor my upper body strength is.

I think it has been pretty rare that a workout video causes my pulse to “woosh” in my ears like Bodyrock. I’m guessing that is because I’m held accountable to my own pace when I’m not following an instructor. I’m not exactly sure which I prefer, but so far I’m liking Bodyrock pretty damn well. I’m thinking about taking a crack at the current 30 Day Challenge with Lisa Marie and do have my eye to Zuzana’s new YouTube channel. Maybe I need to pick out workouts or set some kind of randomizer so that I will keep doing them. I have been very unaccountable lately for no real reason when it only takes 20-30 minutes.

OK, need to pick out a Yoga cooldown, rinse off and watch a movie or something with Mister.
