Sweatay. 

Did the ZWOD #1 Part 1 from 1-20-12 (wow, catchy title there, Z). Time was an even 24 minutes with lots of catch my breath breaks and “Do I really want do do all 3 circuits” slowdown thoughts. 

I managed/decided to film myself this time to check my form. My dive bombers (at least in the beginning) were not as bad as I felt like they were (albeit not as sexy as Zuzana’s, but I’m okay with that). I never really slid up like I’m supposed to (more of a “pop” than the sexy slide) but my weak little T-rex arms can’t do it and do more than a couple reps. 

I need to watch the rest. I apparently started pussing out on the push-ups way earlier than I thought and I stick my ass like WAY up in the air. I did not realize.

Need to also pick out a quick yoga routine even though I feel very lazy and do not want to do it but I do not want to be super sore tomorrow so I must.
