Did the Axfit Core 20-10-10 video (as best I could) twice(ish). I tried to replace the stuff I couldn’t do (especially the second round) with regular push-ups. I really, really need to focus on my upper body strength. It’s pitiful.
I am so shitty at plyo. I’m not sure if it’s because I really don’t have much space in here or if it’s because I’m a wuss or if it’s because I’m a weakling. Maybe all 3.
I did stand all day and ALSO did the 10 minute Mobility WOD squat (thinking about doing one of these daily). The last minute or so was pretty tough, but I think I’ve got pretty good hip flexibility anyway since I tend to not sit like a normal person.
Anyway. I need to take a shower.
I also need to learn to take action. I have several silly things I have been fantasizing about and very little action, so I need to hop to it and be more methodical instead of hunting, hunting, hunting all day and never gathering.
