Semi-taking the day off. Continued with the push up alarm (even threw in a set of dive bombers - augh!) and bathroom squats.

Mostly did one-legged squats or split squats (on the toilet seat this time instead of the tub), but also a set of lunges and I think one set regular (but deep) squats. Also did the MWOD and walked 3 1/3 miles to/from the grocery.

Anyway, got a bottle of wine to finish. Having that instead of the munchies I have.
